The American Advertising Federation - Tampa Bay is offering a $1,000.00 scholarship to one high school or college student enrolled in an advertising, marketing, graphic design or mass communications curriculum at any accredited school in Hillsborough, Pasco or Pinellas Counties. Graduating college students and graduating high school students who plan to pursue a degree of higher education are also eligible to apply.

Interested students must:

complete and submit the application below
attach their portfolios
attach a copy of their transcripts
submit all of the above to Niki Paksoy at info@aaf-tampabay.org by May 14, 2010.

Portfolio requirements: Print work may be in pdf or jpeg format, at screen resolution (72dpi). Any video content should be in Quick Time (mov) format, and copywriting submissions may be in Word (.doc) or text (.txt) formats (or you may submit the finished ad or collateral). Portfolios are not required to be interactive unless you want that considered as part of your skill set. Interactive portfolios should be in Flash or shockwave (PC) format. Please supply the url.
